OH, use a unique bowser to download it.  I believe that worked for some individuals.   I do not Imagine it likes  Microsoft Edge.  Attempt downloading it on another Personal computer.  You'll be able to  copy the  .exe put in file in your computer.  If that's so, check out clearing out your browser's cache and delete the cookies save
